Halloween Party & Trick or Treating

We hope you have a great day with lots of trick or treating and maybe a little candy!! First Steps Central will be going trick or treating at the Senior Citizen Center at 315 N 20th St, Bismarck, ND 58501 in the morning. Bring your costume and have lots of fun! We will also have a party at day care to share treats.
